Mass Intentions
Mass Intentions are a $10.00 donation. They can be made by coming into the office or calling the office (665-3254). The donation can be sent in the mail (Holy Family Church, 29 Sugarloaf Street, South Deerfield, MA 01373) or put in an envelope marked “Mass Intention” in the basket on Sunday.
Altar Candles
Monthly Altar Candles can be reserved for a month or two week period, if available. It is $20 for the month or $10 for a two week period. They can be arranged by coming into the office. Calling and sending the donation into the office or by putting the donation in an envelope marked “Altar Candles” in the basket on Sunday.
7 Day Vigil Lights, Altar Bread, and Altar Wine
Vigil Lights, Altar Bread and Altar Wine are reserved on a weekly basis, each are $10.00. They can be arranged by coming into the office or by calling and sending the donation into the office or by putting the donation in an envelope marked “Vigil Light” or “Altar Bread” or “Altar Wine” in the basket on Sunday.
Parish Hall Reservations
Rental requests can be made by calling the office or coming into the office. The rental fee is $150.00 for parishioners or $200 for non-parishioners. Insurance is required if using the kitchen, if you do not have insurance, an additional $110.00 will be collected for insurance. Capacity of hall: 336 Max. without tables; 160 Max. with 8 per person at a table. Classroom rentals are $50.00 (Capacity of 25 people).
